So, you're the winning bidder at a ClearCycle auction - congratulations! What happens next?
You need to pay for your order within 24hrs of the auction ending to secure your purchase Any orders that have not been paid within 24hrs of the auction ending will be automatically cancelled and the products will be relisted.
All auction orders must be collected within two working days of the auction ending Lots won in our Thursday auctions must be collected the next-day, Friday, or the following Monday - we are unable to facilitate weekend collections. You can collect from us between the hours of 9am and 2pm only, the collection address and instructions will be included in your winning bid email. You must have a copy of the winning bid email with you when collecting.
We welcome parcel service couriers and hauliers to collect orders If you are sending a courier/haulier to collect on your behalf, it is important that you use the Auction Number and Lot Numbers in the Customer Reference section when booking.
