What are customer returns?
Customer Returns are products that have been sold to a customer and returned to store or mailed to a returns warehouse. There are countless reasons why a buyer would return a product from faults to simply not liking it and often has no relevance to the purpose of the product eg. it was the wrong size/colour/model to meet buyer requirements and is in fine working order.
What stock can I expect to find with ClearCycle?
At ClearCycle, we sort through returned products recording notes on condition which are published in resale listings. Larger products such as wardrobes and sofas will be sold as single units, smaller products including bedside cabinets and chairs are palletised into multiple unit listings. We also sell raw returns which are unsorted, these are usually listed by the trailer load and can be purchased on a B2B basis only - browse our website for current stock listings.
