We use a clear grading system so you know what to expect before you buy. Every item is checked, photographed and listed with notes where needed.

New / Grade A+
As new and in excellent condition. Packaging may show light cosmetic wear.

Grade A
Very close to new, with minimal signs of handling or prior assembly.

Grade B
Very good condition, with light to moderate signs of use such as small marks, scuffs or scratches.

Grade BC
Very good condition with signs of use, plus a repair or adjustment completed by our team.

Grade C0
Good condition with visible signs of use, but still practical and presentable.

Grade C1
Good value stock with noticeable cosmetic wear or faults.

Delivery options vary depending on the size and type of item you order. Smaller pieces may be sent by parcel carrier, while larger furniture items are delivered by specialist furniture couriers.

Where tracking is available, it will be added to your order. For larger deliveries, the courier will usually contact you directly to arrange a suitable date.

About the Store

Access to purchase stock is by registration only and, for certain Trade sales, the store has an exclusive membership portfolio.

New stock is uploaded daily.

Condition and Refunds

All goods are “sold as seen online” and, unless they are A or B graded products, carry no guarantee or warranty unless not received. All images and descriptions are to be strictly used as a guideline only.

Although every effort is made to ensure all stock ordered is present and correct, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check that the items bought are as expected. We will only consider refunds if the items bought are not received and only where the buyer has brought this to our attention within two working days from the date of collection. Any problems from loss or damage in transport should be taken up with your chosen transport service provider.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes will be refused except where goods are materially not as described. Evidence must be provided within 48 hours.

Online Payment

Payment can made online using most major debit or credit cards. In exceptional circumstances, for very large orders, we may be able to arrange an invoice for CHAPS/BACS payment, please contact us if this is a necessary requirement.

All sales made whether paid online, or by bank transfer, are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable, once paid the collection of all purchased items is mandatory.

Should payment not be received within 24hrs of an order being placed it could be cancelled. In the case of Auction sales, orders will automatically cancel after 24hrs without payment and the stock relisted for sale.

Collection and Delivery

Where available for delivery, our website will estimate the cost of shipping however, all orders will be measured prior to despatch and, should shipping have been under-estimated, we will contact the buyer to make arrangements.

If delivery is not required, buyers are fully responsible for arranging collection of their orders without exception.

After a Trade order has been placed, the stock will be picked from our warehouse within 2-3 working days. At the cart website page trade buyers can book and manage their delivery slots online.

Delivery is considered accepted once a signature or photographic proof is received.

ClearCycle highly recommend Andrew Porter for your warehousing and transport solutions. They welcome enquiries from prospective customers and will be happy to provide a quotation for delivery and also storage if needed.

Buyer Obligations

Empty pallets can be left on site when purchases are collected, although this is not a requirement. All other packaging is purchased with the items and is the property of the buyer, as such it must be taken when the order is collected.

All Auction purchases must be collected within 1-2 working days. Stock that is not collected within this time frame will be subject to resale.

Collection will be made from one of our warehouses or warehousing partners who will arrange for orders to be at a loading bay area for a pre-arranged time.

Buyers, and their transport service providers, are not invited to enter the warehouse, or browse other warehoused stock, and must adhere to health and safety instructions at all times.

It is a requirement that products purchased from us are not resold online and we reserve the right to disallow future sales from being made to any buyer found to be reselling inappropriately. All buyers specifically agree not to resell products on the eBay marketplace when registering to buy or bid.

Failure to meet the buyer obligations listed above will result in user access to the store being permanently blocked.
