Delivery
We offer delivery throughout mainland UK.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order, ensuring you only pay the appropriate delivery cost.
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you'll receive confirmation and any available tracking information.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.

Collection is by appointment only.
After placing your order, you'll be asked to book a collection slot using the online booking system provided during checkout. This helps us ensure your items are ready and allows us to manage collections safely and efficiently.
Please collect your order within 3–5 working days of purchase unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with us in advance.
When collecting, please bring your order confirmation and a valid form of identification if requested.
